Dr Iain Gray – Executive Chairman

Iain specialises in conceptual planning up to master planning, engineering, project management and development. He has worked on multibillion dollar projects in coal mining, tourism and integrated resort industries in Asia and the Middle East. His assignments have included the construction of the $1.7 billion open cut coal mine, township, road, railway and coal loading facility with Fluor Australia for Mt Isa Mines. Iain has built a gold mine in Ghana and has worked extensively for government bodies including the United Nations. Iain has been involved in the infrastructure, mining and construction industries since 1960. Dr Iain Gray is currently a director of both Australian and International companies.

Marcus L’Estrange – Non-Executive Director
B.Eng, MIEAust.

  • Qualified Engineer with extensive commercial experience in Venture Capital, IT, Meditech, Environmental, Mining, and Oil & Gas industries.
  • Listed companies onto the ASX.
  • Experienced Director and Chairman of Australian Public Companies, both listed and unlisted.

Shaun Melville – Non-Executive Director
B.Psych.

  • Experienced private and public company director in Australia and overseas.
  • Experience in negotiating successful corporate agreements in; distribution, manufacturing, regulatory, legal and design.

Graham Keys – Executive Chairman of Norvest Corporate

Norvest was founded by Graham Keys in 2000. Graham is a former corporate finance partner (15 years) of Ernst & Young, where he was the project leader of a wide variety of corporate advisory assignments, in all industries, for small to large public and private companies. Graham holds a Bachelor of Economics, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jim Moore – Principal Mining Engineer
B.Eng. MAusIMM.

Jim Moore is a highly experienced Mining Engineer with exposure to all levels of mining operations. Jim has worked on some of the largest mining projects in Australia, Philippines, New Zealand, China, Africa, Laos and France. Jim’s technical skills and expertise focus on the optimisation of open pits, ore body modelling and mine planning.
